Organização de cómoda do bébé-cesto Muda da fralda/Baby's dresser organization - Changing basket

Já tinha mostrado como ficou a cómoda que pintámos neste post, agora vou mostrar como a organizo.

Gostamos de ter poucas coisas e quanto menos coisas à vista, melhor.
Em cima da cómoda, tem o muda fraldas (ikea) e o cesto de vime que também reutilizei e modifiquei (aqui)

Em cima da cómoda pendurado na parede temos também umas molduras que pintámos e que vos vou mostrar o processo num post mais à frente.

No cesto estão os essenciais para o bebé (da esquerda para a direita)

No copo tenho a tesoura, o termómetro, lima para unhas, creme rosto;

No segundo copo tenho amostras de cremes e soro monodose para limpar os olhos

Desinfectante para mãos

Água micelar (para limpar aqueles cócós mais dificeis)

Creme de corpo Uriage (já tinha mostrado neste post)

Compressas tecido não tecido (no 1º mês usei esterilizadas)

Fraldas;
Toalhitas reutilizáveis ou descartáveis (uso as duas versões, no xixi uso reutilizáveis, quando é cócó uso as descartáveis)

I had already shown how it was the dresser we painted in this post, now I will show you how I organize it.

We like to have few things and the less things in sight, the better.

On top of the dresser, there's the changing mat (ikea) and the wicker basket that is reused and was modified by me in this post 

On top of the dresser hanging on the wall we also have some frames that we painted and that I will show you the process in a post later.

In the basket are the essentials for the baby (from left to right)

In the glass vase I have scissors, thermometer, nail file, face cream;

In the second vase i have samples of creams and single dose saline to clean the baby eyes

Hand disinfectant

Micellar water, to clean those hardest poops

Uriage body cream (had already shown in this post)

Compresses (in the 1st month I used sterilized)

Diapers;

Reusable or disposable wipes (I use both versions of pee use reusable, when it is poop I use disposable ones) i make my own wipes in this post

DIY Renovação de baú de brinquedos /DIY Toy Chest renovation

Ofereceram-me este baú usado, pois já não se adequava às necessidades da família em questão, como temos um bebé e com o passar do tempo haverá brinquedos, pensámos que seria uma óptima adição ao quarto, mas o baú não ficava bem com a decoração que temos.

Decidimos comprar tinta com uma cor mais parecida com os tons do quarto e colocámos mãos à obra.

Primeiro limpámos o pó, desmontámos a tampa e lixámos todo o baú, como a cor base é em tons mais escuros, não demos primário colocámos logo a cor final.

Comprámos a tinta no Leroy Merlin, custou cerca de 16€.

Ao fim de 3 demão ficou lindo e conjuga perfeitamente com a decoração do quarto.

I was offered this used chest, as it no longer suited the needs of the family in question, as we have a baby and as time passes there will be toys, we thought it would be a great addition to the room, but the chest did not look good with the decor that we have.

After 3 coats it was beautiful and perfectly combined with the decoration of the room. We decided to buy paint with a color more similar to the tones of the room and we got to work.

We bought the paint at Leroy Merlin, it cost about 16 €.

First we disassembled the lid and sanded the whole chest then cleaned the dust. 

As the base color is in darker tones, we did not give the primer, we immediately put the final color.

After 3 coats it is beautiful and perfectly combined with the decoration of the room.

DIY Pintar letras de madeira /DIY painting wood letters

Comprámos estas letras em madeira no ikea (Lindrande) para a decoração do quarto do nosso bébé, como os tons são neutros e esta decoração é em madeira decidimos pintar com spray.
Não tem nada que saber e é super fácil, começamos por dar 1 demão de tinta branca e duas demão de azul (usámos a mesma tinta neste cesto ) e é só deixar secar muito bem.

We bought these wooden letters in the ikea (Lindrande) for the decoration of our baby's room, as the tones are neutral and this decoration is in wood we decided to use spray paint.
Has nothing to know and is super easy, we start by giving 1 coat of white paint and two coats of blue (we used the same ink as used in this basket ) and just let it dry very well.

DIY cesto de vime para trocador de fraldas /DIY wicker basket changing table

Já estamos a preparar o quarto do nosso bebé, escolhemos as cores neutras para a decoração em geral com alguns apontamentos de cor.
Escolhemos o tradicional azul para os apontamentos.
Para cesto que vai estar perto do local onde prevemos mudar as fraldas vamos usar um cesto que já tínhamos anteriormente, mas que era muito escuro para a decoração pretendida.
Começámos por dar a 1ª demão com spray branco e depois finalizamos com 2 demão com a tinta azul.
Usamos a Rust-oleum chalky finish Azul do Céu em spray.
Depois forrei novamente o cesto com um tecido mais claro que é igual aos cortinados do quarto comprei estes Hannalill no ikea, como os cortinados são compridos ainda sobrou para forra este cesto e outro projecto que vos vou falar mais noutros post.
Coloquei também um feltro por baixo para o cesto não riscar a pintura do móvel que também pintámos (já vos mostrei neste post).

No total as tintas ficaram em cerca de 15€, mas foi um bom investimento,  1º os cestos de verga são caríssimos e não encontrávamos o tamanho que precisávamos e depois também usámos o spray branco noutro projecto e ainda sobrou tinta azul para outro apontamento do quarto que vos vou mostrar também noutro post.

We are already preparing the room of our baby, we chose the neutral colors for the general decoration with some notes of color.
We chose the traditional blue color for notes.
For basket that will be in the place where we plan to change the diapers  and we used a basket that we had previously but that was too dark for the decoration i wanted.
We started by giving the first coat with a white spray and then finished with 2 coats of blue paint.
We use the Rust-oleum chalky finish Blue Sky spray, then lined the basket with ligther fabric that is the same as the curtains of the room  we bought this curtains Hannalill in ikea, the curtains were so long  that i have spare  fabric for lining this basket and another project that I will tell you more in other post.
In total all the paints cost about € 15, but it was a good investment, 1ª wicker baskets are expensive and we didn't find the size that we needed and we also used the white spray in another project and there is still blue ink left for another decor in the room that I will show you in another post. 
i also put a felt underneath for teh basket not to scratch the painting of the furniture that we also painted (i already showed you in this post)

DIY Renovação de cómoda / DIY Renovation of a dresser

Já temos esta cómoda há cerca de 15 anos, altura em que comprámos a primeira mobília de quarto para a nossa primeira casa, na altura escolhemos mobília com cor escura e em madeira maciça e foi uma óptima aposta pois ao fim de 15 anos continua impecável, mas não tem a cor que precisamos neste momento das nossas vidas.
Estamos a preparar a chegada do nosso primeiro bebé e queremos os móveis brancos, como temos esta cómoda que não cabe no nosso actual quarto decidimos reutilizar para o quarto do nosso filho.
Utilizámos esta tinta e no total demorou cerca de 5 dias até ficar pronto (entre desmontar, lixar e secagens entre pinturas)

Nota: passado 1 mês ainda deita aquele cheiro a tinta, mas cada dia que passa ficam melhor. Robbialac precisam de melhorar esta questão do cheiro...

Também comprámos uns puxadores novos na Zara Home que são uma fofura são em formato de estrela e são azuis.
esta cómoda vai servir de trocador de fraldas, não há necessidade de comprar um trocador quando temos uma cómoda optima!
Para já ainda não temos mais mobília no quarto, mas é o início do quarto do nosso baby!!

**** We had this dresser for about 15 years, when we bought the bedroom furniture for our first home, at the time we chose furniture with dark color and hard wood and it was a great bet because after 15 years remains impeccable, but it does not have the color we need at this point in our lives.
We are preparing the arrival of our first baby and we want white furniture in the bedroom and as we have this dresser that does not fit in our current room, we decided to reuse it for our son's room.
We used this paint and in total it took about 5 days to be completed (between disassembling, sanding and drying between paints)
Note: after 1 month we can still smell the paint, but each passing day the smell is better.

We also bought new handles on Zara Home that are cute and star shaped and are blue.
This dresser will serve as a diaper changer, there is no need to buy a changing table when we have a great dresser!
For now we do not have more furniture in the room, but it is the beginning of our baby's room !!
