Inspirei-me no instagram (claro!!)

Bolo red velvet antes do buttercream (dobrei a receita) receita do red velvet  aqui

O swiss buttercream finalizado receita aqui

Hello,

Here is my cake for a babyshower, and for the second cake I make of this type (with sugarpaste), I liked the final result the bottom color was not quite what I intended, I still added white paste to soften, but still not was exactly as he had idealized.

The bottom cake was red velvet, the top, yogurt cake filled with lemon curd, I do not have photos of the cake open, but as you can see in the first picture it was pretty red :)
i used swissbuttercream o crumcoat the cake before adding the paste.

I made these cupcakes with leftover red velvet dough from a bigger cake. i will put the recipe in the blog soon, they looked cute and very red, the top is made with swiss buttercream, they look really cute, but the truth is I can not eat so much cream at one time.
It was also the first time I used thicker carton mold that go straight to the oven, I was afraid that the card catch on fire, but it went very well.

The buttercream is very soft, doesnt taste excess butter and to make the top, I used the 2D tip form wilton. (recipe of the swiss buttercream very soon!)
