I made these cupcakes with leftover red velvet dough from a bigger cake. i will put the recipe in the blog soon, they looked cute and very red, the top is made with swiss buttercream, they look really cute, but the truth is I can not eat so much cream at one time.
It was also the first time I used thicker carton mold that go straight to the oven, I was afraid that the card catch on fire, but it went very well.
The buttercream is very soft, doesnt taste excess butter and to make the top, I used the 2D tip form wilton. (recipe of the swiss buttercream very soon!)
