DIY Arrumação de alimentos em frascos + reciclagem / DIY food jars storage + recycling

Não sei se é só a mim que me irrita ter a dispensa cheia de caixas e caixinhas, produtos abertos mas que não foram todos consumidos, fechados com molas e mais um par de botas.
A minha despensa é pequena e na realidade só tenho 2 prateleiras para comida, as restantes são para detergentes e outras arrumações.
Eng: I do not know if it's just me that irritates me to have the pantry full of boxes and boxes, open products but not all consumed closed with springs.

Tenho uma despensa nova que mostrei aqui, mas que ainda não está a uso, portanto vou mostrar-vos só a forma como estou a organizar a comida nos frascos.

Primeiro vi que necessidades tinha a nível de arrumação, depois fui ao ikea e comprei frascos de vidro korken (que considero ser mais higiénico e mais bonito visualmente, além de ser reutilizável), também podem trazer borrachas extra caso tenham frascos antigos e a borracha esteja desgastada.
Depois procurei na net e encontrei no site da Lia Griffith umas etiquetas que podem ser personalizadas, estão em inglês, mas personalizei com os ingredientes que tinha na minha despensa, depois é só cortar e colar.
Mas havia uma questão que faltava... onde colocar a validade do produto? Ao mandar a caixa fora ia também a validade, então escrevo com uma caneta Chalk marker atrás do frasco, é duradouro, mas também é lavável, (também podem usar uma caneta de acetato).
Também tenho outro tipo de frascos mais pequenos de plástico com tampa de vácuo, comprei no Continente. 
Eng:I first saw what storage i need, then went to ikea and bought korken glass jars (which I consider to be more hygienic and more beautiful visually, besides is reusable), you can also bring extra rubbers if they have old jars and the rubber is worn.
I then searched the net and found Lia Griffith's web site for labels that can be personalized. They are in English, but I customized them with the ingredients I had in my pantry, then just cut and paste in the jar.
But there was a question ... where to put the shelf life of the product? By sending the box out it was also shelf life, so I write with a Chalk marker pen behind the jar, it is long-lasting, but it is also washable, (also can do with an acetate pen).
I also have another type of smaller plastic bottles with a vacuum lid, I bought on the hypermarket here in Portugal.

Mas cá em casa não se usa só frascos novos... também se recicla, por exemplo os frascos de mel de 1 litro, depois de estarem vazios vão à maquina de lavar e voltam a ser utilizados. Ainda me falta fazer etiquetas para esses, para já, estão escritos à mão.
Eng: But here at home do not use only new jars... also recycled, for example the bottles of honey of 1 liter, after they are empty go to the washing machine and return to be used. I still have to make labels for these, for now, they are written by hand.

Espero encontrar cada vez mais mercearias que vendam os artigos a granel para conseguir diminuir a quantidade de cartão e embalagens de plástico.

Eng: To reduce waste, i alsohope to find more and more grocery stores that sell bulk items in order to reduce the amount of carton and plastic packaging.
